Do you work on billable hours?
No. We work on outcomes defined by SMART goals agreed with you. Exactly how much time spent each month is apparent from your monthly reports – more time does not equal more cost to you.
What are your contract and billing terms?
We work to an annual rolling contract with a one-month break clause and bill monthly in advance.
Do I have to have an Infusionsoft licence to work with DVFX for my email/social marketing?
No. Infusionsoft is our software platform of choice for our small/medium size clients’ email marketing programs but we can work with most Email Service Providers in the market.
Who from DVFX will look after my account?
When you sign up with DVFX, you will get a dedicated Email Marketing Consultant who will be supported by a team of content, digital and design specialists.
